We ship orders by UPS standard ground within the United States. Packages are usually shipped out within 1-2 days and in some on the cases the same day the order was made. You will receive a shipping notification to the email provided with your order . Please allow 7-14 business days for your package to arrive to the address provided in your order. We do a really good job at protecting orders so that they are not damaged or broken in during shipping.

Received Incorrect Order and Returns
The order you received was incorrect? No problem. This process is made easy if done with your mobile device. Please click the "Received Wrong Item" to send us an email. Please provide your name, physical address, Name of the correct order item, and photo (using your mobile device) of the UNTAMPERED with incorrect item as you received it in the shipping package (to assure that you did receive the incorrect order item broken or damaged) then and attach it to the email. We will review your email and provide you with a shipping label to send the UNTAMPERED incorrect order back to us. When we receive notification via USP that the UNTAMPERED incorrect order was sent back can we then send the correct order item. If for some reason. Pretty standard stuff.
Received Damaged Order
Was your item damaged or broken on arrival? No problem. This process is made easy if done with your mobile device. Please click the "damaged item" button below and provide your name, physical address, item name, and a photo of the damaged/broken wit the item as you received in the shipping package. In the pictures please be sure to show where the damage or break. We will review and send
Order Cancellations:
We can only allow (1) Business day from the time of order for cancellations. Orders are usually ship out 1-2 days or and in some cased the day of the order. Once it's on a truck their is nothing that we can do but let it get to you. If you want to send the UNTAMPERED package back for a refund simple follow these steps. This process is made easy if done with your mobile device. Please click the "Late Cancelled Order" button below and provide your name, physical address, item name, and a photo of the untampered order in its package as you received in the shipping package and we will send you a mailing label to send it back. We can only issue when the return process has been initiated.
Back Orders
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. If there is is a back order of your item you will be contacted via email to the e-mail address that was provided. Depending on the shipping option you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
